Manufacturers Limited Warranty

Trane heating and air conditioning products are all backed by a Manufacturer's Limited Warranty for parts. The length of the warranty period varies based on the model of the equipment. XLi models come with a 10-year limited warranty on all parts.

Fayette Heating & Air provides a labor warranty for at least one year after installation. Some Trane products qualify for a 2 year labor warranty.

Extended Warranties

An extended warranty provides you the peace of mind that you will not incur unexpected costs in the case of equipment breakdown. Extended Warranties cover parts & labor up to 10 years depending on the model of equipment.

It is also a good idea to have a Fayette Heating & Air Preventative Maintenance Plan along with your Extended Warranty. Repairs that are due to the lack of routine maintenance will not be covered under the Extended Warranty. Our Preventative Maintenance Plan will provide the routine care necessary to keep your Extended Warranty in place.
